All training packages provide 15 to 45 minute sessions, 3 days per week; online, on-site (Fort Lauderdale, Florida), or hybrid.
Sessions may involve Physical Training, Consultation, Coaching, Advising, Supervision, Nutrition, Tutoring, Sports, Athletics, Academics, Etc.
Athletes interested in competing with our sports teams are advised and encouraged to subscribe for 1 year. Our 6 month subscriptions may cost our competition athletes more money, time, and attention.
